How It All Works

 

ADULTS/YOUNG ADULTS

(19 yrs. of age and up)

Step 1 – INTAKE: via online form or 15 min. FREE over phone

Step 2  - SELECT SERVICE: choose from In-Person or Online

(see options under the Counselling Page)

Step 3 - SCHEDULE: via phone or email

TEENS/YOUTH

(13-18 yrs. of age)

Step 1 – INTAKE: via online form or 15 min FREE over phone

*Consent from Parent/Guardian is typically required depending on the issues at hand. If for whatever reason consent might not be possible/an issue - there are options for therapeutic support available that we can discuss.

Step 2 – SELECT SERVICE: first session must either be In Person or the full hour via FT/Skype online.

*Depending on the severity of issues and what types of support are required subsequent sessions can be shifted completely to an online package if suitable.

STEP 3 – SCHEDULE: via phone or email going forward.

CHILDREN

(12 yrs. of age and under)

Step 1 – Parent/Guardian CALLS in for FREE 15min. phone INTAKE

Step 2 – First Session:

  • 10 min intro all together.
  • Divide the time: 20 min for just Parent/Guardian, 20 min for just child
  • 10 min come back/end all together

*subsequent sessions will just be the full 1hr with the child

Step 3 Schedule In Person sessions for Child via front desk/phone.
